1. How do I redownload my purchase?
   A: Refer to the email we sent you, there is a download link within. You can also use our online form but you must remember the email used to purchase with. The form can be found here.
2. How long is my purchase good for?
   A: Generally it is six (6) months. If there are different terms, they will be stated on the product page. It is the users responsibility to read and understand the purchase agreement.
3. My access to download is denied because it says I have downloaded too many times?
   A: Most all downloads have a limit. For example, if you are given 24 downloads and you share your link, after it is downloaded 24 times you will no longer be able to download. Do not share…
